Altice USA was the presenting sponsor for Angelo State University’s two-day lecture series in San Angelo, TX commemorating the upcoming 50th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Landing in 1969. Speakers included those who worked at NASA and CBS during the moon landing, and they discussed the innovative communication techniques used to sustain public interest in “The Space Race.” Altice was able to support its core values of innovation and invention by sponsoring sessions that focused on mass media, and how new technology and creative thinking are integral in communicating information and ideas. The event concluded with a showing of the movie, “First Man,” followed by a Q&A session.
