Students Taking Action

Glen Head’s North Shore High School Key Club leaders took action recently and joined the fight against drugs. They prepared a PowerPoint presentation on, “How To Say No and the reasons why no is so important.” Their target audience was local Middle School aged students. The club members presented to all 8th grade classes, focusing on educating their younger peers on the dangers of drugs and alcohol. The key club leaders realize that education is the cure and they want to be part of the solution. To date, the students have completed 10 presentations.
