Fordham Leadership Academy Student is Awarded NatGeo Mundo’s Student Explorer Contest Winner

Optimum Community and NatGeo Mundo visited Fordham Leadership Academy for Business and Technology in the Bronx to recognize 10th grader Rosa Priebe as the 2016 Student Explorer Contest winner. Students at public high schools in the Bronx and Newark, NJ were invited to apply to win a full scholarship summer travel experience.

Rosa’s entry earned her a summer expedition to Italy and Greece, both countries of which Rosa had only dreamed of visiting.
