High School of World Cultures Students Participate in Charity Champions

Optimum Community recognized students at the High School of World Cultures for their charitable work participating in Charity Champions during a charity basketball game organized by the school. The students sold tickets and concessions, with proceeds going to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the students’ charity of choice. The school was presented with $500 for the furtherance of their fundraising efforts as well as $1000 to be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
