Meet the Leaders at School
Students at Bayonne High School Welcome Assemblywoman Angela McKnight for Meet the Leaders
Optimum Community hosted a special Meet the Leaders at Bayonne High School with Assemblywoman Angela McKnight. Assemblywoman McKnight is the first African American female to serve the 31st District, serving on the Education, Health and Services and Human Service Committees.
Tenth and twelfth grade social studies students who participated in the program were given the opportunity to ask questions ranging from issues the Assemblywoman finds particularly important to how she became involved in politics.
