Hispanic Heritage Month Prize Presentation at Wall Intermediate School

Optimum Community hosted an award presentation at Wall Intermediate School to honor the 2nd Place Winner of the Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Essay Contest, 8th grade student Molly Kernis. Molly read her essay on legendary Puerto Rican baseball player Roberto Clemente aloud to her Spanish class, and a representative from Assemblyman David Rible’s office presented her with a Resolution from the Assemblyman. She was also presented with her prize, an HP laptop.
