Charity Champions
Farmingdale High School Students Receive Charity Champions Donation For AHRC
Optimum Community hosted a Charity Champions check presentation at Farmingdale High School, at which $1,000 was presented to a representative from AHRC Nassau on behalf of the school’s Technology Honors Society students, who worked to build benches and tables for the AHRC.
AHRC Nassau is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with developmental disabilities and helping them live self-directed lives for more than 65 years. AHRC supports more than 2,200 individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
