Cablevision Employee Volunteers Turn Out in Force to Assist Race2Rebuild Efforts in Long Beach

More than 60 Cablevision employee volunteers teamed up with Race2Rebuild, an organization of athletes and volunteers founded in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, to help the Long Beach community continue to move forward. Following a 5K on the boardwalk and obstacle beach course, Long Beach City Manager Jack Schnirman made remarks about the rebuilding to the gathered and racers and volunteers.

Cablevision employee volunteers then participated in home rebuilding projects for two Long Beach families, as well as in a variety of community improvement projects including beach and canal clean-up.
