Charity Champions

Charity Champions at North Shore High School

Optimum Community recognized students at North Shore High School for participating in this year’s Charity Champions program during their second annual Acoustic Café fundraiser. All proceeds from the fundraiser went to North Shore’s Relay for Life event for the American Cancer Society, the charity the students have chosen for Charity Champions. The event featured 13 musical acts performed by students, faculty and alumnae. A check presentation was held during the event, where the Key Club students and Relay for Life team accepted $500 in seed money and $1,000 for the American Cancer Society.
