Altice and the History Channel participated in a Take A Vet to School Day assembly at Glenn Middle School in San Angelo, TX. Take a Veteran to School Day is part of a national initiative by History Channel that encourages schools to connect veterans with young people to hear stories of service and learn more about Veterans Day. Altice employees, State Representative Drew Darby and San Angelo Mayor Brenda Gunter participated in the assembly, which consisted of a salute to veterans and a combat demonstration by the US Marines.
