Altice USA was proud to sponsor 30 STEM camp scholarships for students to Discovery Science Place in Tyler, TX. The Altice funded scholarships paid for students being served by the Salvation Army residential shelter, Children's Village and Family Services, and PATH (People Attempting to Help). Scholarship funds for Discovery Science Place are used to allow children from socioeconomically disadvantaged families to benefit from the week-long STEM camp experience that makes learning fun and relevant and helps to shape the science, technology, engineering and mathematical leaders of tomorrow. The organizations help select recipients, focusing on boys and girls who would not be able to attend the programs otherwise.
