Students from Junior High School 62 along with their parents came together recently for a family workshop in Brooklyn.  The purpose was to connect them with new technology to enhance their learning experience. The students and parents received a three-hour training seminar and got a chance to take home a free computer.

The Campus Kickoff Event, Brooklyn

With a strong message of empowering the future leaders of tomorrow, The Campus Kickoff brought community leaders, parents & teachers together to the Brownsville Collaborative Middle School.  New York State Senator Jesse Hamilton led the presentation which outlined the new initiative set to provide a safe haven for kids after school to learn about technology, career development, entrepreneurship and wellness.
