Honor Flight Long Island, a non-profit organization that flies Veterans to Washington DC to visit their war memorials, held a reunion event at the American Airpower Museum in Farmingdale for all the veterans and guardians that flew on September’s flight. Each Veteran was recognized and introduced, and all were given photo tribute journals that were sponsored by Altice USA. This sponsorship was part of a broad partnership with the national organization that included the support of two other Honor Flight Chapters, sponsorship of employees to volunteer as guardians, and a nationwide PSA campaign to raise awareness of the organization.
