Altice USA partnered with C-SPAN to bring their weeklong "Cities Tour" program to Flagstaff, AZ. Kicking off with a visit at the Lowell Observatory, Mayor Coral Evans invited C-SPAN to record the history and non-fiction literary life of the town by visiting various sites and interviewing local historians and non-fiction authors.
