How to Participate

To participate in Charity Champions, high schools must:

  1. Apply for participation by March 20, 2020.

  2. Once selected, submit an Activity Plan detailing fundraising/awareness raising plans to the best of your ability, and submit your school's W-9.

  3. Provide Altice Connects with an Optimum Publicity Release Form or a Suddenlink Publicity Release Form for participating students.

  4. Invite Altice USA to attend and cover at least one fundraising/awareness raising event at which, Altice USA will donate $1,000 to your selected charity.

  5. Fundraising/awareness raising activities and events that are considered eligible during program period must take place between September 10, 2019 and June 15, 2020.
